About us

Hello there! We are the IXth board of N.K.S.W. Kompanio. Contrary to previous boards of Kompanio none of us has prior experience as a board member. This makes exploring and discovering how to manage the association a fun challenge but also enables us to bring an unbiased view. We are also all students from psychology, where we got to know each other. However we find it important to be a representative for the entire faculty.

Our goal as a board this year is to ensure all of Kompanio's roles are properly fulfilled. The previous board was interim and had to leave out some of Kompanio's usual tasks. This year we wanted to pick these back up and guarantee everything gets back on track. The other big change this year is the first organization of the Kompanio Future Fair. This is a big career event, which you can read more about under the corresponding tab. We are excited to show you what we have been working on!

We are learning a lot, but also having a lot of fun working so close together and managing the association. Want to know more about us? You can read our personal story below.

Nando Huntink

CHAIR

Heyhey, I am Nando! I'm 21 and currently a GZP master's student. I am the chair of Kompanio. My job as chair is to ensure that all other board members can do their tasks and ensure these are carried out properly. The chair is finally responsible for everything Kompanio puts out, so if anything goes wrong, I am the first point of contact about this. I also have to be there to support or help the other board members with their tasks when necessary and have to prepare all the agendas and meetings. I really like how I have to keep oversight over everything and get to take part in all the different parts being board has to offer! Also, as chair, I have to stay in contact with the other chairs and the Faculty Student Council, and I like the social aspect of this task.

Hi! My name is Femie, I am 21 years old and I am in my fourth year of the bachelor Psychology. I love to hang out with friends, be creative, read, and work, as a child care worker. Next to that I am the secretary for Kompanio. My tasks are mostly doing the minutes during gma's, and board and foss meetings. During the gma's and foss meetings, I write down what everyone says, but during the board meetings I just write down the general idea. Additionally, I am in charge of all the incoming and outgoing communication, which means I send out and answer invitations, e-mails and dm's. Lastly I am responsible for the creation and maintenance of social media posts and the website. I really like my function, as I get to be creative and translate complicated discussions into a concluding, readable text.

Hi! I am madelief. I am 21 years old and I currently have a gap year. I am the treasurer of Kompanio, which means that my task is to keep up to date with the finances. I am in charge of the expenses and all things related. I also make and maintain the budget fot this year. I really like my function because to me, my tasks are clear. It might be like a puzzle sometimes, but that is what makes it Fun! Besides Kompanio, I also have a bunge of hobbies. I like to workout a lot, and I like hanging out with friends, and ofcourse, attend all the fun board activities.

Hey everyone, i'm Issam Chaouki and the chief of Formal affairs of N.K.S.W. Kompanio. I am 24 years old and am now in my 5th year of Psychology. In short, I am responsible for a number of things, namely: chairing the Future Fair, organising the Buddy project together with the chief of activities, liaising with the social faculty staff, the common ground and organising a faculty activity.
Outside my board duties, I definitely have some hobbies! I am a big fan of visiting festivals (metal, hardstyle, techno & disco are my faves). Furthermore, every week I play a role-playing game called Pathfinder with some friends over a beer. Finally, I also like gaming or watching anime when there is some free time left.
If you are curious about what exactly I do as a board member or just want to start a conversation about my amazing hobbies for example, I am definitely open to that. Hope to see you at one of our activities!

Hello everyone! My name is Lynn Erich, 22 years old, and I am the Chief of Activities of Kompanio in 2024-2025. Next to this, I study psychology. This year I will be getting my bachelor's degree and starting the master Gezondheidszorgpsychologie at Radboud University. I keep myself busy with organizing different kinds of activities, like board activities, faculty activities, S-Cape parties, Buddy-Project, etc. Besides that, I am responsible for our sponsorships. Outside my board year, I have some hobbies. Hockey is a great passion of mine, and I have been playing it since I was 6 years old. I love chatting and spending time with others, playing board games and watching reality series. Did you know that I am a huge fan of skiing and that this is my favourite holiday of the year? I am really looking forward to organizing lots of fun activities/parties for all the boards and students of the Faculty of Social Sciences!
